The Tachanka is a horse-drawn cart or wagon with an MG in the back. It is considered a Weapon Team and moves like one but uses R Movement Point Costs. It cannot setup in or enter a building or a bunker nor cross hexside terrain. Mostly used in WWI and the Russian Civil War this horse and wagon with a heavy machine gun was often used to support Soviet Cavalry and Mechanised forces. It started to fade from use by 1943 as faster motor vehicles making their way onto the battlefield replaced it.

A new form of Soviet troops. Great on the defense. Not so great on offense. Whenever an NKVD 0-4-4 Squad receives a Shaken result, it may instead be reduced to a 0-3-4 Half-Squad that is not Shaken.

These are the variants of all the other German vehicles but set for the 1942 time period. Slight changes in some stats but they all look very similar to other vehicles in each individual series of tanks.

Specific Soviet Flamethrower use at the fighting in Stalingrad. The RoK3 Flamethrower is the specific variant used in 1942 by the Soviets using a form of camouflage by having the projectile unit of the flamethrower be run through a Mosin Nagaut rifle to hopefully camouflage who was carrying a flamethrower and keep them from being shot first.

I’ve always felt there needed to be a weapon that filled the spot between the LMG SWs and the WT MGs. The Soviets had the DP 28 and the DSHK 12.77 WT. The Germans had the MG 34 and the 7.92 WT. It only felt natural that the bipod-mounted MG 42 and Maxim MGs fill that role as a step up from Squad level support weapon and company-level Weapons teams.
